A super simple smoothie that provides a good hit of vitamins and minerals with a combo of fruit and super organic kale.
You will need:
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 1 banana
- A handful of ideally organic kale leaves
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- Fill to the max with half water and half non-dairy milk of your choice – almond, oat or coconut are good options
Blend until smooth, pour and enjoy!
