A super simple smoothie that provides a good hit of vitamins and minerals with a combo of fruit and super organic kale.

You will need:

  1. 1 punnet of strawberries
  2. 1 banana
  3. A handful of ideally organic kale leaves
  4. 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  5. Fill to the max with half water and half non-dairy milk of your choice – almond, oat or coconut are good options

Blend until smooth, pour and enjoy!
